  1. Who is classed as a ‘Qualified Person’ ?

1.1 PJ Lifestyles Ltd t/a Winning Ball (‘Promoter’, ‘our(s)’)offer skill-based games competitions. The competitions result in the allocation of prizes in accordance with the terms and conditions found at

1.2 The Competitions are open to persons aged 18 and above and of the age of majority in their main country of residence. Employees of PJ Lifestyles Ltd are exempt from entering.

  1. Legal Undertaking

2.1 The entrant (‘Entrant’, ‘You’, ‘Yours’) will be deemed to have a legal capacity to enter a Competition. You will have read the terms and conditions, understood them and accepted them, as you will be bound to them and any requirements set out within them and any related promotional material.

2.2 The Competitions are governed by English law. Any matters relating to the Competition can be resolved under English Law. The Courts of England will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such matters.

2.3 In the event of you entering a Competition via the Website and accepting the terms and conditions connected to this method, you are confirming that you are breaking no laws in the country of your residence regarding the legality of entering one of our Competitions. The Promoter will not be held responsible for an Entrant entering our Competitions unlawfully. We advise you to leave the Website and check with your local authority if you have any doubts or concerns.

  1. Competition Entry

3.1 All Competitions can be entered using the Website. Multiple Competitions will be operating at the same time and each Competition will have its own specific prize and time frame.

3.2 Availability of Competitions and pricing is at the discretion of the Promoter. These will be specified on the Website at the Point of Sale.

3.3 Your Winning Ball Competition account(s). You must register an account with us before you can enter any of our Competitions. (a) You can register an account online, (i) You will be asked to register an email address or login via a social media account such as Facebook, Twitter or Gmail (‘Social Media Account’)

3.4 To play a Competition on the Website, simply follow the instructions that you see on-screen.

  1. Select which Competition(s) you would like to enter and provide your payment details and contact details when you are ready to purchase your ticket(s). You will need to tick the declaration box to confirm that you have read and understand all the terms and conditions of the Competition.
  2. Once your Ticket(s) have been purchased and your payment has cleared, you must play the Challenge and we will send you an email to confirm your entrance to the Competition. Your entry into the Competition will not be valid until you receive your confirmation email

3.5 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify or refuse any entry deemed Incomplete if they have reasonable grounds to believe that an Entrant has broken the terms and conditions agreement.

3.6 All Entries become our property and are non-returnable to the extent of applicable laws.

3.7 The Entrant may enter a Competition, up to a maximum of 25 Entries per Competition.

  1. Promotion Periods

4.1 Each Competition will run for a specific amount of time. Please see individual Competitions for official start and end times and relevant dates (‘Promotion Period(s)’).

  1. Judgement of Competitions

5.1 Winning Ball Competitions random spinning ball machine will determine the winner. Each machine gives a 100% random chance of winning and is independently validated. The number of entrants will determine how many balls are placed into the machine. There will be a minimum of 50 balls and a maximum of 1,500 balls. This process will be streamed live.

5.2 There will only be one winner per Competition, unless stated in the description.

5.3 The Promoter will contact the Winner of each Competition using the telephone number or email address that the Entrant provided upon registering for an account. It is the responsibility of the Entrant to ensure that these details are up to date. Entrants must check that this information has been entered correctly. If they are incorrect for any reason, the Promoter will not be held responsible.

5.4 If the Promoter is unable to contact the Winning Entrant within 5 days of the Competition closing, or the Winner fails to claim their prize, the Winner will forfeit the prize and it shall remain the property of Winning Ball. If the Winner is disqualified due to a breach of the terms and conditions, then the prize shall remain the property of Winning Ball. The 5 day period may be extended at the Promoters’ discretion.

5.5 In the event of a Competition closing early at the Promoter’s discretion, the Winner shall be selected from the amount of eligible and valid entries received by the Promoter up until that point. The Promoter may close a Competition early at their discretion and not choose a Winner. In this event, the Promoter will provide all the valid and eligible Entrants game credit in order for them to play in a subsequent Competition. The Promoter may also extend the closing date of a Competition at their discretion.

5.6 Details of Entrants are automatically stored to the database of the Promoter for the purpose of conveying information about the results of Competitions, and for future Promotions and Competitions offered by the Promoter.

5.7 Competitions can have time added on on no more than ten occasions. If the competition is not sold out after time has run out for the tenth occasion then the Prize will be distributed as follows; a 70% cash prize for the amount of money raised by this Competition. Only the confirmed Competition Entrants will be included in this draw.

  1. Winner’s Details

6.1 The Winner of the First Prize is required to show Proof of Identification upon delivery of the Prize. Failure to do so will result in the Winner being disqualified and the Prize will remain the property of the Promoter.

6.2 All Winners are required to provide photographic evidence of their Win or pose for photographs and videos that may be used to promote future competitions and used in future marketing campaigns.

6.3 Once the above verifications have been received by the Promoter, the Winner will be contacted to arrange delivery of the Prize.

  1. Competition Prizes

7.1 Winning Ball Competition prizes are selected by the managing directors of the company. They remain the owners of all the prizes from the date the Competition goes live, to the date that the Winner receives the Prize. The Prize that is shown is the Prize that the Winner will receive. Details of all available Prizes can be viewed on the Website, Winning Ball will not be responsible for the Prize once it has been delivered to the Winner. No insurance comes included with the Prize and the Promoter will not be held responsible for the Prize once the Winner has taken ownership of it.

7.2 Delivery of the Prize is FREE to addresses within mainland United Kingdom, Wales and Scotland. The Promoter reserves the right to charge a delivery fee for Winners wanting the Prize to be delivered somewhere other than these territories.  

7.3 All Entrant expenses are the responsibility of the Winner only.

7.4 All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions of the Prize provider, the supplier or manufacturer.

7.5 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted or converted for other Prizes. Prizes cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers, offers and discounts. This includes any other Prizes, vouchers or offers being offered by the Promoter and any other Prize supplier. Prizes must be accepted as being awarded.

  1. Storage

8.1 The Promoter can store the prize for up to 30 days free of charge. At the end of this time period, the Prize will be delivered to the Winner.

  1. Personal Data of Winners

9.1 By accepting a Prize, a Winner agrees to have photographs and video taken by the Promoter to potentially be used in later advertising campaigns and Promotional material (‘Public Relations and Marketing’). This will be done in accordance with rule 6.2, unless the law prohibits it.

9.2 By entering a Competition you give your consent for your name, address, and/or photo likeness to be used at public events without any additional monetary compensation. Reasonable travel expenses are exempt from this and will be paid at the discretion of the Promoter.

  1. Liability Limits

10.1 The Promoter offers no warranties as to the goods and services that are given as Prizes. With the exception of liability for death or personal injury brought on by negligence on the Promoters’ behalf, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss suffered to person or property. This is including, but not limited to, consequential and economic loss by reason of any act or omission by the Promoter, its agents and servants, in the connection with the arrangement for the supply of any goods by any Prize Winner(s) and, where applicable, the people accompanying the Winner(s), or in connection with any of the Competitions ran by the Promoter.

  1. Electronic Communications

11.1 No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for failed, garbled, or part transmission. This includes any telephone, computer, network, cable, electronic or internet hardware and software malfunctions, connection failures, availability, the acts or omissions of any service provider, internet access and availability, or for traffic congestion or unauthorised human act, including any errors or mistakes.

The Promoter shall use its best endeavours to award the correct Prize to a Winning Entrant. If the Prize is awarded incorrectly due to hardware, software or computer related failure, the Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the Prize and award it to the correct Entrant. This is done at their sole discretion and is not an admission of liability. The Promoter will not be responsible for any economic or consequential loss suffered by any person who has been awarded a Prize incorrectly. No compensation will be due that person(s).

Should the Promoter close a Competition early then a Winner will be selected from all the valid Entrants, unless the Promoter decides to close a Competition early without selecting a Winner. In the event of a Competition closing early without the Promoter choosing a Winner, the Promoter will give all Entrants game credit to enable them to play in a subsequent Competition. The Promoter also reserves as its sole discretion to extend the date of any Competition up to a maximum of 10 times.

The Promoter will use its best endeavours to make sure that the software and Website(s) used for the Competition perform correctly and accurately. This will be done across all the latest versions of internet, tablet and mobile browsers.

Only the Tickets that have been recorded in our systems will be entered into the relevant Competition(s) and the Promoter will not be held liable for tickets that occur as a result of malfunctioning software or any similar event.

  1. Data Protection

12.1 Any Personal Data that you submit or authorise the Promoter to obtain from a third party, will be used by the Promoter to administer the Competition and supply Prizes. In order to process, record and use your personal data, the Promoter may;

(i) Disclose it to any credit card company that who’s name you give,

(ii) Disclose it to any person whom the Promoter proposes to transfer any of the Promoter’s rights and/or responsibilities under any agreement the Promoter may have with you,

(iii) Disclose it to any person whom the Promoter proposes to transfer its business, or part of its business, to,

(iv) comply with any legal and/or regulatory requirement of the Promoter in any country,

(v) prevent, detect or prosecute fraud and other crimes.

If the Promoter needs to transfer your personal data outside of the United Kingdom they will be responsible for ensuring that that personal data continues to be protected adequately during the transfer.

  1. Free Entry


  • You must send your name, address, date of birth, contact phone number, winning answer, and desired ticket number for the Competition of your choice
  • Post the entry to: Winning Ball, PO BOX 69, Manchester, M46 6AS
  • Entrants must state which number they wish to have for the Competition. Numbers are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
  • Prior to sending in their postal entry, the ‘Customer’ must complete an account on our website. This is to satisfy Data Protection laws. If an account is not created then the ‘Customer’ entry will not be valid.
  • If any of the requested numbers have been taken prior to the postal entry being received, then the postal entry is void. This will also include any other entries requested on that postal entry.
  • You can only choose one ticket number per letter received, if you send multiple numbers the entry will be void.
